We are not affiliated with this company nor are we getting any financial consideration from them. They just appear to be best prepared to handle dealers with this specific product.
They also put out a press release on this so we give them credit for being forward thinking Internet marketers!

Oh, but if Uncle Bug-Breath were to recycle the cars and sell the parts, he might *make* some money instead of just squandering it on “Stimulus”! (Couldn’t have *that*, you know.)
It’s hilarious to see the Government give explicit instructions on how to destroy engines and then post information on where to get the chemicals to do it, while simultaneously bemoaning the “Terrorists” who put this kind of information online, of curse. I can hardly wait for the reports to start coming in of somebody poisoning their yuppie neighbor’s BMW… (or some Government droid’s Prius) (and yes, they DO have gas engines in them…).

Found this product a a great price from Emulso Corporation, Buffalo NY. (716)854-2889, web emulso.com
I just bought mine from MOC (800)266-9226 for less than $10.00 for a two quart bottle. The driver dropped it off with no delivery charge.
Here is a quote from the “TheRule.pdf” (pg 39).
Either this place is charging way to much or the creators of the doc did not do their homework.
“The retail price for two quarts of this solution (enough to disable the largest engine under the program) is under $7, and
the time involved should not substantially exceed that of a typical oil change.”
I went to the site, and went thru the process of ordering 2 quarts. Note that “Appendix B” of the TheRule.pdf states the dealer needs to “start” with 2 quarts. With shipping (to NJ), it costs 73.27. If the dealership is only getting $50 for administrative costs, this just blew the budget.
