Here is another tip provided by Brian Seifert from Blossom Chevrolet:

Another thing to post is that there is supposed to have been a “SAVE” button to save the progress of what you have already entered.  However, somewhere along the way between the printed instructions with graphics clearly depicting a “SAVE” button and now the actual website becoming reality they failed to incorporate the much needed “SAVE” button in the early stages of entering all of ones information. 

They did however put a “SAVE” button in a very obscure place at the bottom of the final section of the “Review and Submit” section which you could use if you are intuitive enough to have noticed it and did not get kicked off the system in the earlier data input stages. (See attached images)

Where they should have put the “SAVE” button was at each data entry screen along the way to the final review stage.  I cannot tell you how many times we have had to start over from the beginning due to an overload of the server hosting the website.
